...i had a blood test last year and i was deficient in vitamin D and iron as well...especially iron cause im vegetarian......idk if i improved or not T_T I was border-line deficient in vitamin D when I got my blood tested about 2 years go or so...but...if you saw me at the time, it'd make sense xD I was paper white...because I never got sun...sooo it's not surprising ^^""" I'm much better now! You guys need to make sure you get enough sun and eat enough foods that have the vitamin d and iron you need in them! Eat bananas (ew ew ew)! xD Orange juice! Soybeans! nuts! Lima beans! etc etc! There are many things that have iron and vitamin D...(including the sun, for that second one xD) ur solution was obviously to paint urself tanner ._.

I took vitamin D tablets for a while but then i forgot about it. ur solution was obviously to paint urself tanner ._. No.....I went outside xD paint urself yellow....... kinda wish hubs can get enough iron through foods ._. I'm not the biggest fan of supplements or anything in pill form (or anything that reminds me of meds )...... to me, supplements should be a second option xD hubs needs it tho cuz his body is shit....... im not a fan of red anymore...... -shivers-
