Well we dont know as of yet why the tower wants with Rood.
& abt what u said abt not thinking that rood could change his views concerning the humans.....well my response to that is, I think that our memories & how we view ourselves does determine how we think and act. As king of the demons rood's priorities would have to change or he would he a good king....his ppl's wellbeing should always come first. I'm not saying that once he regains his memories that he wouldn't care what happens to the humans BUT it just doesnt make sense that he would be the same after that.
U made a good point abt yuta & the place where his kind resides. Come to think of it all nastika live in these remote & open type of areas. Hmmm u knw i read kubera as well?
 The demon & creature names in Kubera took a while for me to get sure of, it was confusing.
I guess we have to see what route Yong will end up taking once he does regain his memories. All the memory related manga, drama and movie I read so far usually ends up being rather complicated and sketchy, where the people with loss usually end up "moving on" with their current lives. Rood is still getting over the fact that "am I really the King as Dio and others say he is", and at this point with all the people after him I wonder if he will even decide to take back the reigns of ruling over the Demon World and care for the demons, and whether he will do it in his current form or the Raven one. But I do agree with the sense that given the story and cast so far, the demons and most characters don't necessarily feel evil other then the Tower members.
I also want to see what other arcs or storyline will come up after the Demon King Arc or even later. So far it gives off that similar feeling to Naruto where the main plot's connected right from the beginning and straight down to the last chapter. I absolutely love ToG, the world building (or rather floors here) is so interesting. Right now in terms of the story & everything else it's second place in terms of webtoons. I just love Koon, he would probably have to be my favorite character in that webtoon. The guy is so devious and clever with his plans and yet I love how he shows his loyalty.

It a shame that there isnt as many BH fan that even know abt TOG. I've been trying to get Midori 2 read it but she seems 2 busy with skl & stuff. I just knw that the BH fan base will love TOG if they give it a chance. Who are ur fav characters?
For me....i love koon....lero-ro.....bam's teacher...rak(i enjoy watching rak's interactions with koon becuz he always tells koon like it is, he has no filter.lol)

I absolutely love ToG, the world building (or rather floors here) is so interesting. I just love Koon, he would probably have to be my favorite character in that webtoon. Tower of god is a fun read.....I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT TO ALL BH READERS For those of u that dont know, Tower of god is an amazing series that have intelligent characters, themes about friendship, betrayal, revenge, greed, the thin line between love & hate, secret organizations wanting to revolt against an empire thats built upon secrets & lies.....u would find yourself asking who the good guys really are.....nothing is black & white in the tower of god universe, which is why i think the story is so rich. while reading, u will be happy at times, sad at times, shocked at times & u will definitely be PISSED OFF @ times......not at the story but @ what happens to certain characters ( no spoilers) |

I have read ToG before but sadly, I wasn't the biggest fan ^_^'' It's great but the element of surprise wasn't there all the time but I wouldn't say others shouldn't read it, it's a good past time I might have liked it better if it was more... unpredictable? But I do admit it's good, it just never held my interest is all, but I go back once in a while to catch up! I liked it until SPOILER!!! Rachel became an ass....

I have read ToG before but sadly, I wasn't the biggest fan ^_^'' It's great but the element of surprise wasn't there all the time but I wouldn't say others shouldn't read it, it's a good past time I might have liked it better if it was more... unpredictable? But I do admit it's good, it just never held my interest is all, but I go back once in a while to catch up! I liked it until SPOILER!!! Rachel became an ass.... Well I have never really thought of TOG as predictable but to each there own.... Were u a Rachael supporter b4? the way u said until she became an ass makes me think that u didnt think she was an ass until recently, so at which point did u realize this becuz i for one have always viewed her as a shady character. now that siu said she will be a more prominent character in the series i have reluctantly learned to tolerate her existence. |

Well I have never really thought of TOG as predictable but to each there own.... >Girls of the wilds is more of a guilty pleasure 4 me....i read it becuz there are some parts of the story that i like still so i want 2 c how the story will end....the ending may end up pissing me off bt whatever....

Haha well considering how some people mentioned that Haze was their first or only webtoon they have read as of yet it's no surprise I guess. I got into Haze myself only after reading ToG and Noblesse first. Which now that I think about it is pretty funny since the webtoon reading order is similar to the big 3 manga's (OP, Naruto, Bleach). Noblesse seems like Bleach popularity-wise and Haze seems to be like Naruto (storyline direction) and ToG is One Piece (with floor by floor setting similar to island by island world building). Anyway, read OP last and yet it's probably the only one I keep up with now.

Like you mentioned he just likes to play it safe, but it was annoying how he always repeats the same thing over and over (Like with the M21 trio and their train-fight training mojo). Frankenstien's random flashbacks from a non-related scene just confused me as well. In short just felt like it was like Bleach, primarily with popularity and fighting scenes.

unfortunately i am not a OP fan....hate the art, the beginning was sorta too slow 4 me which is a shame becuz the premise of the story is soo interesting! I'm not certain but i may give it a chance again.

As much as i love s.1....s.2 made the series 4 me....I am thoroughly enjoying s.2 but if i hav 2 pick scenes that stood out 4 me...the first arc where s.2 where ja wangnan & crew was introduced & the new Bam entered. I LOVE wangnan so much! i thought i wudnt bt his personality just makes me want 2 root 4 him! Loved the arc when Koon was first introduced in the s.2....u remember his speech abt rachael 2 his team? that was so dope....i was like, this is y i love this character! i really enjoyed the workshop battle arc...in short i just love s.2 so far.

Yeah I pretty much had the same thought, the art was the main reason I read OP last out of the 3. But if you do decide to get into it again, the story later has so many plot devices and foreshadowing behind the scenes (even more than a regular fantasy novel) I was so hooked into it. I was recommended Winter Woods on the amino app before, but haven't gotten into it yet. Will do soon.

The second season and workshop was great, but mine would have to be during the second floor in the first season. The test where the regulars were separated into 2 teams and their goal was trying to catch their examiner. The betrayals and action scenes were real for sure, but Koon really shone out in this moment. He and his team took the fall in that round, even though I knew the passers were determined by their actions individually. |
