^ If you mean little Rood, young Rood's personality is very different from post-Ritual!Rood. Our current Rood is mature for his age, stubborn, somewhat fearless (= arrogant/cold vibe), not so cute, in your face, and doesn't really care what others think of him until the big reveal. He only puts on a "cute innocent" face as a preface in order to fool other people. The past Rood seemed to be able to fight back a little, but he's very sensitive (crying), honest, an "idiot" as Kiel puts it --- but he's really just innocent enough to believe anything, and cute. As Kiel puts it, Rood's personality is very different from his own. Now, I feel a bit sad that the current Rood doesn't even remember Kiel is his brother or his mother. (Or the fact that he seemed very veeeery innocent. Oh my gosh. Talk about irony. He now can see other people as idiots, but he never thought of himself as someone, who believed in anything! Hahahha...) At least, the current Rood has changed a little because he now has friends close to his age. : uhm for rood beeing so serious at age 15... i was also kinda like that, even though i'm 16 now ( i'm starting to think rood maybe has a slight form of a mental condtion ), i gues it depends on the situation you were raised in, and the people arround you. rood now has friends that are aboud 2 years older then him, but friends not the least, he probaly didn't really have those at opion. Well, it does show in chapter 124 - in the few scenes we see him, he has become bit more unemotional, to me it seemed like he uses gestures and body language more than before going to Uncle's place.

Well, the human body remembers better than mind - like cases when person who has amnesia can still out of habit write down his/her signature. But you and me both perfectly know that it won't go well for Rood in the next chapters. On side note, just imagine the guilt that Kiel must feel every time he looks at his brother.

I agree with you on this - Kiel most likely became overprotective to convince himself that he can do something good for the kid, that not everything he tries backfires (lol, totally), to make up for not being there for him. I kinda think that Kiel would do everything to prevent Rood from learning the fact - because he's afraid to be hated, that Rood would sat that an older brother like that is useless, and the most important question "why didn't you save me?".

I don't have much time to be here, but I'll try to respond as much as possible. ^__^; I'll definitely have more time tomorrow. It's my day off. : Kids are usually sensitive and honest! They don't know any better xD I think she meant that he has the same fight in him! He might be a kid who can't fight, but he is still going to try xD He wont put up with bs. xD But yeah, he grew up and got less honest and less child-like...but you can definitely see the roots of Rood's current personality in his childhood one! Even though he has no memories...I suppose personality doesn't necessarily take a 180? I believe situation has a lot to do with how people act. Rood is a magician and doesn't have a family (that he knows), so he's bound to be more serious and adult-like (especially the being a magician thing xD) Very true. Kids are very sensitive and honest. (I baby-sat/Sunday Schooled them, so, I'd know. However, boys at that age are generally hyper. Ahhh... Memories.... Ohh, but they probably were not as gullible as Rood.) And yeah, our current Rood definitely had some roots (like punching) from his previous personality into our current Rood's personality. That part didn't change. Haha... And correct. One's own situation affects how that person will react to his/her own environment and to other people. Thus, we can see how Rood use to react to his environment prior to the amnesia. Another irony I realized is that the current Rood made up the story of being bullied in Helios, but that wasn't far from the truth at all.. Hahahahhahaha!! uhm for rood beeing so serious at age 15... i was also kinda like that, even though i'm 16 now ( i'm starting to think rood maybe has a slight form of a mental condtion ), i gues it depends on the situation you were raised in, and the people arround you. rood now has friends that are aboud 2 years older then him, but friends not the least, he probaly didn't really have those at opion. Yeah, I was sort of serious at age 15, too. Just not that serious, but I was a pretty quiet person back then. ^__^ It definitely depends on your environment. How you grow up and whether you were surrounded by a lot of people or not. Rood was surrounded mostly by adults in Opion, so, I agree. He definitely had rare chances to be friends with kids his age. The only kid we saw communicate with Rood, at that point in the story, is Ben. It's not so much the seriousness, but his maturity that is a contributing factor to his seriousness that I find interesting in contrast to his pre-amnesia self.
